En este rango de frecuencia, es f\u00e1cil que incluso las c\u00e1maras de los tel\u00e9fonos celulares normales capten el parpadeo si no se controla la ondulaci\u00f3n. El \u00edndice de parpadeo asume valores de 0 a 1,0, con 0 para una salida de luz constante. Los valores m\u00e1s altos indican una mayor posibilidad de un parpadeo notable de la l\u00e1mpara, as\u00ed como un efecto estrobosc\u00f3pico.<br\/>Como se se\u00f1al\u00f3 anteriormente, adem\u00e1s de la frecuencia, el \u00edndice de parpadeo tiene un efecto significativo en c\u00f3mo la luz hace sentir a las personas. Un \u00edndice de parpadeo m\u00e1s alto significa una mayor sensibilidad para el ojo humano y un menor nivel de comodidad.
